The organization's Klaxoon license administrator must first activate the AI features in the Console so that all users in your organisation can use these new features. Find out more about the conditions for using AI in Klaxoon.

Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service
Klaxoon uses Microsoft's Azure OpenAI service for its AI functionalities.
Klaxoon and the Azure OpenAI service do not use any data entered or generated by you for any purpose other than strictly your own in your Boards.
The input and output data generated by AI :
are NOT available to other customers.
is NOT available to OpenAI.
will NOT used to improve OpenAI models.
will NOT used to improve Microsoft or third party products or services.
is NOT used to automatically improve Azure OpenAI templates for use in your resource.

Klaxoon AI in detail
The AI features can be accessed on Board by clicking on the context menu of a selected object that contains text.
1 - Create a summary
The AI feature "Create a summary" upon selection of all types of object containing text.
The AI will take into account all the texts entered in the ideas, text objects, shapes, connectors, icons, images, areas with titles and the objectives of the Board of the selection to propose a summary, i.e. a short text of around 200 words maximum, which summarises the essential points of the text content of the selection.
The summary is paired with a word cloud consisting of 15 words generated by AI, based on the predominant themes in the selected texts.
The final object generated by the AI is a 'card' format made up of editable Board objects, all grouped together so that they can be easily moved around the Board.
The date, time and name of the author of the AI analysis request are entered in the header of the form.

2 - Create an action plan
The AI function "Create an action plan" is available for a selection of all types of Board object containing text.
The AI will take into account all the texts entered in the ideas, text objects, shapes, connectors, icons, images, areas with titles and the objectives of the selection Board to propose, point by point and in around 200 words maximum, an action plan relating to the texts analysed.
The final object generated by the AI is an "index card" format as well as a "duplicate" in Board idea format so that these actions can be quickly used directly in Board.
The result is a series of editable Board objects, all grouped together so that they can be easily moved around the Board.
The date, time and name of the author of the AI analysis request are entered in the header of the form.

3 - Group by topic
The "Group by topic" AI feature is only available for a selection of Board ideas containing text.
The AI will consider the texts of the ideas in the selection to propose groupings by topic, based on the analysis of the Board ideas.
The final object generated by the AI is a "card" format containing the content of the ideas grouped by topic in a text object, as well as the same grouping of target Board ideas so that they can be quickly used in Board.
Note that the ideas grouped together are those that existed on the Board and therefore retain their colour, category, like, author and creation date. Only the size and format are changed to x1 and "square".
The result is a series of editable Board objects, all grouped together to make them easy to move around the Board.
The date, time and name of the author of the AI analysis request are entered in the header of the form.

FAQ
Which Klaxoon tools can be used with AI?
To date, only the Board activity offers AI analysis and content generation functionalities.
What languages are available for use with AI?
The AI service used is capable of analysing text in many languages with good performance.
The results generated by the AI and the form templates are in the language determined by the user in Klaxoon, i.e. either French, English or German.
What are the limitations of using AI in Klaxoon?
For the "Create a summary" function, the maximum limit in terms of number allows approximately 2000 words to be sent to the AI for analysis. When the limit is reached, a notification is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen and AI generation is stopped. No content is created on the Board.
